Well the link should be working. Worked for me when I just checked it. I'll throw some pics directly in the forum in a minute. To prepare the pieces I sanded with 300 grit paper, cleaned em, primed with three coats of krylon spray paint (gray), then 4 coats of Krylon red spray paint, then 4 coats of Krylon clear spray paint. I chipped a few areas when installing, and missed a few spots when masking off the vents (not the greatest at masking neatly), but I'm going to touch them up soon. With the fogs, I went to pep boys and picked out a pair of angel eyes 3 inch fogs, then took out the stock mounts, and figured out a way to mount the fogs w/ the bracket that came with them to the svt bracket. It turned out to line up perfectly. You can fully adjust the fog lights (up and down) easily. I will definately do this mod for anyone interested. The fogs were about 40 bucks, so it wouldn't cost any more than that. Wiring wise, I wired the fogs up to the stock fog light switch, and wired the angel eyes to a toggle switch I placed on the center console behind the shifter.
