If you've got the stock deck, dump it for a really sensitive aftermarket unit. It'll make a big difference.
Also, you might want to consider XM (satellite radio). You could buy an add-on unit. But, I'd recommend getting a new deck to add XM.
Competition Sound has got a pretty good deal on a package with a Pioneer CD player and XM tuner package. Just add an antenna for $80 and sign up for service at $10/month.
