when you crimp something what EXACTLY are you doing? I have a nak cd-40z that just sitting on my table. I need to know what I'm to do with the HU wiring harness and the Radio Shack wiring harness to make them connect. Do I just slide off the last 1/4 inch of insulation from the Radio Shack's harness wires to expose the bare wire, then shove it into the metal sleeve that's surrounded by a plastic cover from the HU harness, then crush or crimp the metal so it bites the exposed wire from the Radio Shack wires.
If not where did I go wrong. Please help me.
