Not to bump up on old thread but this may help some people, it seems that one of the pins on the white connector that plugs into the power window switch deteriorates over time from heat. I bent it back into shape and my window is working well now. One side of the pin broke off so I am gonna fix it properly later, atleast it's working now. So if your car is doing the same thing try this first.
