Im just happy that (knock on wood) the car is still running great. This was a basic Hybrid Swap done by Sho Shop, despite many peoples views towards them. I was lucky enough to be happy in the end. Definetly a high price tag, but for someone that is learning all they can with little experience. This was the best route for me.

Orignally I was gonna do the work (learning) with my brother in law (the mechanic), but it was becoming alot of work having no lift, etc. Also he is a Viper tech for Dodge and now is Service Writer with Mercedes, having little knowledge with Ford. Although he says there just parts and bolts.




That's a good sign that it was done right since it has lasted this long. Right on, SHO Shop seems to have always either have people that love them or hate them.....the rest just haven't dealt with them



Give it time....they probably installed a transformer motor in the car. In about 20K miles the car will just stop, the engine will pop out and turn into a giant robot with an equally giant 'strap-on'.
