Get those pre-registrations in !!!

I just got a form in the mail today about the tent & stuff . We need 25 cars pre-registered by the end of April in order to get the free tent & our own class . If we do not get the 25 cars it will cost $145 to get the tent . I must have the form mailed in by May 1st to get theis squared away . If we have the 25 cars by then , there's NO CHARGE . We have 3 weeks to get this set up . I know we can do it !! I don't wanna shell out $145 out of my pocket when we've got more than enough people here to do it . So c'mon guys ... CALL THAT NUMBER & GET PRE-REGISTERED !!

I will hopefully scan these forms & stuff very soon so anyone can look at 'em to see for themselves (maybe tomorrow night) , but I don't have time to do it right now .

Send me a PM after you pre-register , so I can keep track of all of this !! And don't forget to mention the CONTOUR ENTHUSIASTS GROUP when you pre-register !!

We have a whole 6 people registered. We only need 19 more. This can't be that unrealistic for a group our size.

Can we register online too?

Yes that's what I did. They give you a confirmation # and then send a snail mail after you have registered. They take Visa, Mastercard and Americn Express I think.

do we use "Contour Enthusiasts Group" as the club name?? and when does this have to be done by? before May 1st?

Why do we only have three weeks. The site says online reg end may 12th.

I think I may go and camp near buy unless someone lives near by and has floor space!

If you pre-reg, you pay $30 for the entire 3 days. If you don't, you pay $40. Also, if you pre-reg, you get a bag of goodies : cool : I'm going to pre-reg on Monday after I make my CC payment, and I already requested the days off :p

Might as well say you've got 7 guys now! And I'll help pay for the tent too.

I see what your saying but why three weeks

" Online registration ends May 12th. After May 12th, registration is available at event at an increased price. Registration includes admission for two adults for all three days.If registering, please fill in vehicle information below."

We should have till may 12th!

We're trying (desperately) to get the 25 pre-registered cars by the last week of April to get our own tent & class at the event . I must send in our tent reservation form in by May 1st . If we don't get the 25 cars pre-registered by then , it will cost me $145 to reserve the tent .

YES - tell them you're with the Contour Enthusiasts Group (not CEG) , so it will go towards the 25 peeps needed .

I'd have no problem chipping in some money if it comes down to it. Let me know! I plan on getting some Ford Racing plug wires and some Bosch Platinum+4 plugs to go with my new intake, so I wanna show my bad boy off!

For now , just chip in by registering early . With all of the local CEG people , we should have NO problem pulling this off .

I have taken on this quest to make it a nicer event for all local CEG'ers by making numerous long-distance calls to Carlisle Productions to get info , setting up a "group/club" for us to register under , requesting a tent form , keeping it up top in local forums , etc. . They usually set us up in a "lump" group of cars waaaaaaaayy in the boonies up on the hill in the dirt . I think we deserve better , and so do many others that usually make it to Carlisle .

I'm trying like heck to do MY part for everyone ... now everyone needs to do THEIR part , by pre-registering by the end of APRIL . If this does not fly this year , I GIVE UP , and will not even bother to waste my (limited spare) time next year . I'll just limit myself to setting up local meets & stuff like I'm doing already . I just thought it would be nice to coordinate with a MAJOR event like the Carlisle All-Ford Nationals to get fellow CEG'ers together .
Don't prove me wrong .
