I've heard too many horror stories about Tiger Direct to ever do business with them. Delayed rebates, rebates that never got there, incorrect merchandise sent and then having a hard time getting the right stuff, lack of customer service, etc.
Can't recall that I've ever heard a bad story about newegg. I was kinda frustrated that my return took 5 days, but not really mad. I just left the review on resellerratings to tell about my experience, didn't really expect to get anything from it, nor did I feel like I was owed anything. I've ordered from them several times before, and will continue to order from them. Probably going to take them up on their $25 offer too.
