I used to work for Tiger in the computer manufacturing dept. It was a fun job. I've bought parts from them for going on 9 years now and have never once had a problem...they are perfect in my book.

I've heard too many horror stories about Tiger Direct to ever do business with them. Delayed rebates, rebates that never got there, incorrect merchandise sent and then having a hard time getting the right stuff, lack of customer service, etc.
Can't recall that I've ever heard a bad story about newegg. I was kinda frustrated that my return took 5 days, but not really mad. I just left the review on resellerratings to tell about my experience, didn't really expect to get anything from it, nor did I feel like I was owed anything. I've ordered from them several times before, and will continue to order from them. Probably going to take them up on their $25 offer too.

Perry what you said about newegg is true there customer service has always been top notch.
