Okay, the accident investigation was FINALLY completed and they found the lady in the SUV at fault. She's been charged with reckless driving which in turn caused the entire accident. The police just released the report today, so I'm going to pick up a copy of it today. Needless to say I'm going to be filing my claim IMMEDIATELY before all the money dries up! She's going to lose some big bucks here for sure.
