The ford is a better deal, and a more refined vehicle, just like here. anyone here should know hp numbers or displacement don't mean that much, really, there is an awful lot else thta goes into making a vehicle.

I'd take a viper any day over a cobra, more power, better handling, better looks, and only about $40-$50k more.
