You could be OK with the present pump for another 200K miles, or it could fail tomorrow.
Traditionally when a water pump goes bad, it starts leaking at the seal (bad seal/bad bearings). The Contour pump just goes suddenly, without warning when the impeller disintegrates or cracks in half. A metal impeller won't do this.
At your mileage, you should be OK however.
