I had TH upgrade all the internals, replace anythiing that looked broken (or about to break), and install new seals and bearings (and any other part that looked worn). Then of course add the LSD. He also added some sort of internal lubricating channels. I had a local machine shop do a plating/coating that makes the internals like 10-15% stronger and they lightened my flywheel a few pounds. Had a local shop do the pull and replace, got a good price, $615.
