Thanks for the info guys. Moxnix I'll look into those M processors. I think I'll have it plugged in most of the time, plus I want to be able to play Half Life 2 in full glory . These can be plugged in a car adapter can't they? I would like to get a Centrino or something similar but the processor speed just isn't up to par for me; I want something that will be considered fast for a while.

One other question: Should I hold off a little while for any big new technology? I heard something about 64 bit processors coming out soon (as opposed to the current 32 bit processors) IIRC.
