I am trying to put a temp sensor wire through the firewall but I'm having trouble finding a grommet to get through the firewall. What has everyone else used? I don't want to drill! Help!

Drill your own hole, its so much easier, people are gonna try to tell you to do it through the air duct that is under the windshield wiper, don't do it, its dumb, and can cause problems (rarely)

What kind of problems?? I did a search in the audio section after I made the post and found the stuff about the wiper area. I did that....holy shiiiiet man! That cowl is a MOTHER ffer to get back on!
So anyways....I get it back on and I realize I forgot to put the grommet back in so I have to go take it apart. It's super bowl time so I'll do it at half time.
I was installing an auto dimming rearview mirror and I ran the temp sensor and the ground wire into the engine.

There is open space on both sides of the firewall (to drill through) right by the PCM.

There's a hole in mine with a rubber sleeve in it right next to the drivers side strut tower. I don't know if it came like that or not I got it used. Pretty simple though it comes out maybe a foot and a half above the pedals.

Personally, as someone who's messed with these beasts a lot on audio, just drill a whole. Keep some silicone sealant handy, and when everything's in place, seal it off. 5 min of work as opposed to 20 or more through ducting, and if you ever need to work with the ducting, you're having to cut, or pull out wires.
God graced us with intelligence, let's use it.

How would you know where to drill a hole? I'd be afraid I'd drill into something important or drill into an area where I couldn't reach the wire on the other side.

when i installe dmy amp i drilled a hole low in the firewall for the power wire between the gas and brake pedal. ive never had a problem with ti since the wire comes in under the carpet. it was a 8 gauge wire.

Same here, and I only noticed it tonight because I've torn everything out of my engine bay, except for the engine. . .it's a pretty obvious sized hole, far right hand corner of the firewall, CAN'T MISS IT.
