Haven't seen a modified evo, though did see a modified lancer (had evo style hood, and some other things) that looked even worse modified than stock,,, and it was supposed to be the good looking lancer I reckon this is gonna be one of the times where we agree to disagree,,, but atleast I'll be disagreeing on the subject and saving myself from ever owning a truly ugly car (my car isn't truly ugly, so don't even mention it) ....



The funny thing is all of the things which you mentioned were examples of "looking bad," are those that I believe would fall squarely in the "looks bad-ass" department--especially the hood. Perhaps our standards of "good" and "bad" are as starkly opposite as they can get. No matter..

Do you have a picture of normal cars that you consider "good looking" when modified ? Perhaps by examining what you would change, we can figure out why we don't agree. I'll give you examples right now of things that I don't like with pictures as an example:

* Mirko Splitters or any other type of chin spoiler that seem to break the natural natural direction of a vehicle's curves.



* Black Carbon Fiber Hood on a car painted a different color than black.


* Hood pins on modern cars or carbon fiber:


* Asian Clown Whore Body Kits or Crappy looking fueler wing on FWD style car, or fart cans:

I would also throw in the Evo and a black or a silver SRT-4 as really good looking cars (though it would be nice if the hood scoop was functional and not just a cheap piece of plastic).
