Umm, you realize painting is judged on aesthetics? No, not everyone liked (likes) picasso's stuff, but todras's opinion is that aesthetics matter to auto enthusiasts,,, are you saying they don't matter to art enthusiasts? I don't think picasso's paintings are high performance paintings. Either that,,, or you're saying picasso's paintings are ugly and agree that the evo is ugly,, but still that brings us back to you thinking that piccaso's painting perform well.

Picasso was an abstract/cubist artist and set new standards of form and interpretation that redefined the meaning of what was considered art (or good art, at least). That is one of the two points I made: high performance cars need not have an aggressively sleak look (I prefer to think of the Evo and SRT-4 as being two cars with a sort of techy-muscle-car of the future appearance); the latter point being, of course, that most people who judge the Evo and SRT-4 as both being an ugly car are only looking at the platforms on which they're based.

This post is obviously split right down the middle between those who like it and those who do not. Ceterus paribus, I believe it comes down to a matter of personal expectations. I don't hold the same standards for taste in vehicles that you do, Kremit, as I can find no fault in appearance in an Evo. The entire look of the car flows just right for me. I've seen them in person, I've driven in them, hell, I even used to work for a Mitsubishi Dealership where I had to look at them everyday. My question to you now, Frog man, is what do you find wrong with them ?
