Very true. I work across from mitsu dealer, I hate looking over there. Every new mistubishi looks like crap, the mirages,galants, and the evos. I just saw the 06 eclipse design in motor trend,, looks like mitsubishi prides itself on bad looks.



Yeah you hate lookingat Evo's cuz you know you'll get your ass handed to you day in and day out by them. They look much better in person by far. I've drooled over them many times at the dealer. The performance numbers are awesome you can't deny them of that. mitsubishi delivered as did Subaru with the wrx and STI,even Dodge of all companies made the SRT-4. I hate Dodge all together, but at leats they had the balls to build a turbo car and build it right. it's all about the numbers and performance. i'd rather have a butt azz ugly car that is fast as hell. Then a show winning boat like all the others. Saturn has a s/c car coming what does Ford have???? OOoOooO the lightning and the Cobra woopeeedoo. The EVo and the STI will hand both of them there ass in OVERALL performance and handling. I wish people could get over the whole "looks" thing. You can't beat the EVo for the price....


CAN YOU READ???? I WORK ACROSS FROM A MITSU DEALER!!!! THEY LOOK WORSE IN PERSON!!! I never mentioned the performance, because yeah it is a great performer. And guess what, it is also much faster than your car? So I actually have some decent taste and know the car is ugly, you, on the other hand, are enamored by the fact that's it performs well. If it wasn't fast, I'd bet you'd be agreeing it's an ugly little car. I could care less what ford is bringing to the table, or what any company brings, as long as there are companies bringing it. The cheapo srt4 looks a lot better than the evo (aside from the rear-end ((neither car is good on that aspect though)) and the ride height of the srt4). And I'm not trying to beat anything for any price,, in fact I plan on skipping the ~$30k price range of cars and moving up to real cars when I get out of college and into a career. And I think todras's example holds very true. Heck, why don't manufacturers forget about looks all together if performance is the only thing that matters, also strip the interiors, use primer instead of paint, never wash the car...
