A lot can be done with it, though you got learn about obd-2 systems,, I don't really know how to use every function. You can run diagnostic tests with it,,,,, three things I know how to use and really like is the ability to see pending codes, being able to see ECT,IAT readings to know how hot the engine truly engine, and being able to capture data from various instruments on the engine when a CEL does occur. You can compare this data to Ford's data of what it should be... helps narrow down problems. Also the instrument cluster screen is cool, you can see your speed, rpm, and 4 other functions in smaller dials under the speedo and tach,,, though you can also change the big dials to display what you want.
