AFAIK all the Windows run off the same fuse
and the Lighting is on a different Circuit all together
so Check the Rear switchs and make sure they are connected properly and you havn't damaged them changing the lights in them
then check the master Switch as this supplies the current to the rear windows you may have knocked a conection inside the switch or managed to get the child lock switck stuck in the on position (meaning the rear windows would be disabled)
