I had a similar problem, if you open the door all the way does it all work, and if you shut the door does it work. If it doesn't work either way, then, It might be the fuse if the window stopped working. As if the window lights and switches stop working when you open or shut the door (not both) then try tightning the rubber piece that the wires feed through to the door, this could cause a problem as it did on my car. It just loosened after a while and caused stuff to stop working.
