www.ubid.com for powered Bazooka tubes. You should be able to pick up a 10" EL Powered Bazooka for under $100.
They're cheap, easy, and efficient. It'll fill out the low end of your system very well.
I have an 8" Bazooka in my Ranger being fed about 75w. You'd be surprised by its output. I sure was after I installed it. A bigger 10" Bazooka with more power would more than fill out the low end in your car.
