Does anyone know if this sub sucks? All I need is some nice bass no competition or anything and I'd like to go with preboxed for under 150 now what about an amp??

The price seems hard to beat. Don't expect high quality bass, but if you just want to add some low end to your system, it'd probably work pretty well.

I would consider gettin a JBL BP150.1 for it to keep the overall price low.

Cheap amp: Profile A3300XL

You could power your sub and your front speakers too. Crutchfield has got some good specials on their JBL amps right now too.

Or should I go with pioneer tswx101 I dont know what i want just an enclosed sub maybe powered for like $150 with an amp if possible???

Check www.ubid.com for powered Bazooka tubes. You should be able to pick up a 10" EL Powered Bazooka for under $100.

They're cheap, easy, and efficient. It'll fill out the low end of your system very well.

I have an 8" Bazooka in my Ranger being fed about 75w. You'd be surprised by its output. I sure was after I installed it. A bigger 10" Bazooka with more power would more than fill out the low end in your car.
