That is the Green Filter brand that Mirko sells.

I have this same filter on my SVT.

We had a Contour/Cougar meet at his shop and we dyno'd a KKM S&B, a K&N (not the massive 9" one), and a Green.

Green showed improved HP across the range by about 2hp.

Filter alos does not require oiling. Just dust off with a compressor. Mine is good as new, had it for over a year. Got rid of my KKM setup for it.
