Does the 95 have a mechanical or electrical speedo??
I will have to check and see.
I just did a quick look up on fordpartsonline and found that all cable assy's are the same from 95-00 as well as the printed circuit boards (which are pretty cheap!!). So that means they are all electrical.
Is your 95 SE a manual or automatic? That might have something to do with it, since I did see that there was a difference in the printer circuit boards there.
