Ok guys here is the deal, my tempo is being a biznitch. This morning I go to start her and it cranks but decides not to start, I plugged the block heater in, I don't think it works but I did anyways, and I tried jumping her acouple times too but still won't start. As of now I put some heat in the gastank, and the battery is almost dead from trying to start her all day. Anything you guys can recommend to try?
Thanks again
Alan

what's the actual temp there? Not windchill temp.
It may have been a frozen line (may still be frozen) if it's cold enough there.

Whatever you do, charge the battery back up or take it in the house before it freezes.

Alright, Charger is on it now, maybe I'll get it pushed into the garage tonight and put the kerosene heater on to see if that fixes it, if its a frozen line.

Hehe, yeah well in North Dakota thats how it is supposed to be, but for the last few winters we have been spoiled. Bismarck still operates like a well oiled machine after a fresh snowfall. We are crazy go nutz up here for sure. Every year people have to relearn how to drive in the snow though, thats when it's scarey.
LOL enough bout my crazy state/city

For a Tempo 2.3, one of the most popular failures was the TFI ignition module.
You will have to check to see if you have spark. My old POS 90 Tempo once had the wiring to the coil fail. A mechanic ruined the distributor trying to figure it out. I finally pulled the car away from that shop after two days and found (and repaired) the problem in ten minutes once I got it home.
What a POS! My kids called it the "Goober-mobile"... Heh! At least it was cheap to own and operate! Tranny died at 195K and the car was replaced by the Contour.

I hear ya man, its been that cold here a few nights, and for the past two weeks like -40C t really sounds like you have a frozen fuel line likely, go buy some gas line antifreeze and throw it in your tank, if your car is a standard just roller back and forth for a bit and just let it sit for awhile it should work its way through the frozen part, helps too if you can put the car in the sunshine.. This happened to my roomies Buick last week and it didn't turn a wheel till it thawed a bit and using the above measures keep battery fully charged as well, Good Luck..
