There should be instructions in the box and installing the plate is simple. It just sits right on top. See pics in thread.
you only end up using half the direction since they are for a focus but the directions are easy to follow
only thing the directions don't cover is you need to either remove the centering spring or notch the tower so that the centering spring will work.....you will see what I mean when you try putting it in with the spring installed and the plate.
The plate riases everything so that means the spring is higher and cannot enter the cutout that was originally made for it
yes I know everyone says remove the spring but it works fine with it
also the focus 2-3 assist spring that comes with the shifter also isn't needed
