If it's a Saturday, that'd give me enough time to drive up there on a Friday and drive home on a Sunday.

Good work on planning ahead. The last weekend in April is filled for me (Big Sur Marathon), but otherwise give us a date and I'll try and make sure my schedule is cleared.

Welcome!

P.S. Easy on the caps - capitol letters denote yelling on an internet forum.

Sounds great! As always, my participation will depend on my coaching schedule. If I don't have a track meet to work on the day of the run, I'm in.

Track shmack you guys suck anyways so why show up? J/K with ya Ben. So how's the up and coming season looking?

Back to the subject at hand I wish I could come but I think my AWD would do some damage to those mountain roads. I need to meet some of the newbie's anyways maybe summer time. Oh well hope it's a good turn out, if all else fails just go karting!!

Edit: Ooh if Derek is going maybe I can tag along I LOVE that drive between Raton and Trinidad, it's beautiful!

Bring your Audi AWD, that would be awesome to run in these canyon's. All cars are welcome. The SHO club of Denver should be coming too! Invite who ever you want. We will be having lunch in the mountains, so bring money to eat. There is a great restaurant up there. I just hope its open in April? More info coming soon. -RandyB.

How about the drive between Las Vegas and Raton? Now there's a whole lotta nothing to look at.

NAW, This canyon run goes West of Pueblo, right into the mountains. Really great twisty roads and couple of sights along the way. I don't know, but have any of you seen Bishops Castle? There is a man in the mountains and he is building a castle by hand, for the last 40 years. Its huge, amazing sight to look at, and its on the canyon run. There is also a large mountain lake where we eat lunch. If the weathers nice, its a great trip. More info. coming soon. -RandyB.

Around 160 round trip from Pueblo-mountains-Pueblo and then back to where you came from. lol I cant wait, the SHO club sounds like they are in.
