I noticed on the Crutchfield site it has the option of purchasing the 50 dolla adapter to 'integrate a high-powered aftermarket receiver into select 1988-up Fords and other vehicles with premium factory systems' .
My first thought is Premium my arse, then my second thought is do I really need this thing? I am guessing not but just wanted to clarify.
How if the installation for one of these? I have never put in a new HU to give you an idea of who you are dealing with.
Found some good deals on ebay and am trying to hold out until Feb, but we will see how that goes.
