OK, before the search nazis come in and rip me a new one, I did search. There is no good info on this subject.
Now that is out of the way:
I plan on giving the SVT a little tuneup in the next month or so and I plan on getting the correct plugs (Motorcraft or Autolites), but I'm having problems finding a decent wire set for a reasonable price. I found the Ford Racing set on Summit Racing for $39.95, but read a couple bad stories about them plus there is no warranty associated with them. The Magnacore's sound solid, but damn they are expensive at ~$120.
Should I go with the FMS's, or find something else?
Oh, and anything else I should replace during the tuneup?

I've had good luck with the 9mm wire set from BAT. Thought they were pretty reasonable.

Magnacore really is the best, but I have the FMS wires and they are working fine for me.

Buy the Magnacore wires and pay $100 once (IIRC SP has them on special)
Never have to change them out but it's free if you have too.
...or...
Pay $40 for the FMS and change them every year or two.
...or I suppose...
Spend $60 on the Autolite Pro/Bosch Pro once (good reviews to date) and live with the "not fancy" color.
Change them out every 3-4 years but it's free. (lifetime warranty like the Magnacores)

How'd I know he was going to chime in with that Magnecore bit? Happens everytime... But you do what you want, not every car on here should have his setup... Good luck

My response was fair and even slightly humurous.
Count up all the FMS failures (for the exact same reason) once.
It is not like I am MAKING UP this stuff.
Never a Magnacore failure reported to date.
I even threw in the fact that several folks, not wanting to shell out $100 for Magnacores, have had good luck (to date) with those other 2 options.
Even the stock wires are better then FMS wires. Though they are very steeply priced.

I got my Magnecor's so I won't have to change them again. It's worth it not having to worry about your wires and when they're going to fail. Not saying FMS wires are ALL horrible, just saying I am not willing to take the risk, not worth it. Plus the Magnecors are a nice red color and fit the stock wire holders just fine.
