It comes down to treating people like you wanna be treated. I can be a surly ******* to some people who rub me the wrong way on these forums sometimes but I can handle a similar response. That's why I never turned off my member rating. Many people get so offended by everything and take things as a personal affront. (ex: Why do I have a 3.44 rating dammit???) You need to have a thick skin to frequent most message boards. This is actually one of the tamest automotive message boards I've seen. Anywhere you go, you might not like some people and some people just might not like you. I like it like that. Imagine how boring this place would be if everyone agreed with everyone else on every single topic!

OT: Speaking of more expensive cars-- Last week, I had some 50 something lady in a Mercedes 320 roll down her window and start calling my SVT a piece of **** because I supposedly cut her off and almost hit her... WTF??? I didn't even change lanes! Anyway, she kept saying I need to slow my piece of **** down and get my piece of **** off the road at least 5 times with some other choice obsenities. All the while I'm thinking this lady is clinically insane because I was minding my own business and just driving normally. So I just laid into her and said, "listen to you, you rich b1tch!" I also called her a snob with my own choice obsenities thrown in for good measure. Well, she wished me a good day in her special way and I responded likewise. She probably had no idea what brand of car I was driving to even call it a POS. It was really weird. I really abhor people from Naperville...
