One thing you need to remember is that 99.9% of supercharger offerings be it a "custom" kit, or the "Craptech" system(sorry Vortech users..) will be a centrifugal compressor which is theoretically the same as a turbo.(uses a pulley drive as opposed to exhaust driven)

We get quite a few "know it alls" here on the boards that spout off some hilarious so called facts about turbo lag and so on. You're in Miami, I'm in Ft. Lauderdale....I'll put money on anyone who can sense turbo lag in my car.

The key to having a well made system is research...something the guys at StreetFlight have done quite a bit of. My best advice to you is screw the custom made system for $6,000, buy the StreetFlight kit and be done with it....I'll take the difference, call it an advice referral fee!

The system costs you $5,000, and the only thing it's short on compared to your custom setup is the install.....which is half the fun of modding a car!
