Did ya check the fuse, if nothing is working,check Aux Fuse box(in engine compartment) - Fuse #1. I could see that fuse being a problem for causing all the electrical to fail inside the car. Fuse 1 is color: Black, and Rating is: 80, but thats if she owns a contour... if not, ignore half that

And if you hooked them jumper cables on wrong, you mighta ruined one of your components under your hood, that battery coulda been full...
