YEs it has been discussed... his shop is actually about 15 miles from me. As far as I know he has no concrete numbers, but the cars seem to run decent. I agree that his systems do have some advantages, but Ido not believe they are optimumally using a turbo.

That electric S/C looks pretty good, but its a small fortune!
I'd rather use a turbo.
Oh, I already did!
lol

this sounds interesting... I know it doesn't stand up to a Streetflight Turbo but for three grand less it may be worth it for someone like me. I dont really care about have THE FASTEST car on the planet I just want something a little more. If someone who knows a lot more about forced induction than me would kindly give me some estimated dyno numbers for our cars and maybe something else to give me an idea that would rock. Also if this is a piece of crap or a probably hoax that would be nice to know too. thanks

Then get a 3L and sink some money into headers and a good intake and exhaust.
That would be about $2000 and it is always on tap, no waiting for a recharge. It also gives most people 50-70 more horsepower at the flywheel, 25-40 more at the wheels.
No worrying if the batteries wear out that you will have to pay a small fortune to change either.
But it would be different.

Just a 3L swap is like $2000 at least isnt it? I would have to pay for labor because my mechanics skills are not that good.

Depends on who does the work and what they charge. A straight 3L swap with some minor mods to fit your stock stuff shouldn't be about $800 motor and about $800 labor for the fabbing. The labor could be off depending on who does it. Then you can do the other things like intake and exhaust later.
Almost everyone with a 3L swap with SVT intake/cams/fuel system are turning 190's-200 at the wheels. It comes out to 240-250 at the crank. Seems to me that 50 HP at the crank all the time and more reliable, fits better, etc. is worth more than 70 HP once in a while.
