It's a house, you don't have to worry about sneaking in. There are only enough beds for 8. The bedrooms each sleep two, then ther are two fold out couches upstairs that sleep 4 more. There are two huge decks which you could "camp out" on, and the house is on concrete piers so some people could sleep under the house on the patio area if needed. I'll check on the closest campsites and reserve some for those who don't want to relive Animal House.
