Unfortunately it's not a Z-28. It's a '69 SS 350 mostly original. It's my dad's, but I helped him restore it. We have the original heads, headers, Carb, intake, etc packaged in our loft. Right now it's running Edelbrock intake, Holley Carb, Hooker headers, and we took heads from a 71 Camaro ported and polished them (had to re-weld the headers after opening those to match cause the exhaust port was so wide), put in new valves, springs, lifters, etc and had them machined .003" to a mirror finish. Has about 11.5:1 compression IIRC. The next step is putting in a roller cam. Should be fun. For a 1969 vehicle, it only has 64,000 miles on her. I love that car. I'll never forget the first time my dad threw me the keys and asked me to take it down the road. I felt like he finally trusted me (this was just at Thanksgiving... I'm 20

) My plans are to get a '68 RS convertible, and start that project. Man do I love working on the older cars. So much potential, so much easier.
Hers's a couple more pics...
