The shape of the insert is the same as the cup holder´s one in your contours, so it should be a simple swap.

I can pull one at a junk yard if you want one. but it will cost like $5.00 at the junk yard and probably like $5-6 for shipping (thats pretty ghetto, i know but the junk yard is pretty cheap on those things. I don't know if it will be an exact fit, might have to do some modifications. Measure, it a bunch, and when I am at the junk yard I will measure one and see if its the same if so I will grab it. Also first generation contours had a replacement cup holder that only held one cup (ghetto but works way better, but also impossible to find almost) If I see the other one would you like me to grab it. Now, about measuring, measure, the width, at the end closest to the shifter, the middle and the bottom. For the Length, measure on the right side from tip to tip, then on the left side from tip to tip. Those measurements should be good enough to figure out tomorrow if it will fit.
