You might want to try and find a shop that uses a Bilstein engine flush machine.
Although I don't believe that it is needed as a scheduled maintenance item, it really does work and work well. Your engine is a good candidate for it. It is a little pricy though. Expect to pay anywhere from $75.00 to $150.00 including fresh oil and oil filter when completed.
