G35 Sedan.
Don't believe the marketing hype about "260 HP" vs "280 HP." Lot's of people pulling very similar numbers off the dyno between the G35 Sedan, Coupe, and 350Z, and the sedan is a smidge lighter than the coupe. It's all about image.
Of the cars you mentioned, I wouldn't consider any of them besides the S4. It will have a beautiful interior, but it runs a bit heavy. Still, AWD.
But, the G35 Sedan will have a larger back seat, more trunk space, and will come in for thousands less.
If you can't tell, I'm a BIG fan of the G35 sedan. If I got one, it would be a sedan with the 6MT and as few add-ons as possible to keep the price near to under 30k. 6MT comes with leather (unfortunate) sport suspension (yeah) and LSD (score!). If you have more to spend, you might consider the X-model with the AWD, but unfortunately no 6MT with the AWD (yet).
