For others that might be shopping for A4's, the Ultra Sport Suspension from the S4 is available on all other A4's.

In retrospect, it was all downhill from here. RIP, CEG.

G35 Sedan.
Don't believe the marketing hype about "260 HP" vs "280 HP." Lot's of people pulling very similar numbers off the dyno between the G35 Sedan, Coupe, and 350Z, and the sedan is a smidge lighter than the coupe. It's all about image.
Of the cars you mentioned, I wouldn't consider any of them besides the S4. It will have a beautiful interior, but it runs a bit heavy. Still, AWD.
But, the G35 Sedan will have a larger back seat, more trunk space, and will come in for thousands less.
If you can't tell, I'm a BIG fan of the G35 sedan. If I got one, it would be a sedan with the 6MT and as few add-ons as possible to keep the price near to under 30k. 6MT comes with leather (unfortunate) sport suspension (yeah) and LSD (score!). If you have more to spend, you might consider the X-model with the AWD, but unfortunately no 6MT with the AWD (yet).
Function before fashion.

sorry, but i drove behind a brand new one yesterday, and it has the rearend of a Saturn
Why, because it doesn't have the prerequisite 8 tons of plastic sh!te tacked onto it or absurd tadpole-reminisent body shapes the rest of the Pontiacs have? Gimme a break, it's one of the nicest "Pontiacs" on the road - all because it's an a badge engineered Holden that some crackhead didn't dream up while sitting on the pot in Warren!
I think there's a case of jealousy going on here.
That car is beautiful.
PS - you obviouslty have some serious coin in your pocket Chaser, as I almost poo'ed my pants when I saw the sticker on the S4 at NAIAS. All the same it is a SWEET car. I'd probably picked it over the GTO, purely for the fact that it's AWD and a demands a hell of a lot more respect in the class department.

to be honest, i could not afford a brand new S4, it would have to be any year the B5 platform was made(99-01) the TT version, not the V8 , they are anywhere from 22-30,000 with the audi certification(warranted to 100,000miles), any GM i can get the family plan thanks to my grandmother, and the GM card cash back money can be spent.
