The only OBD II reader that I have found anyone to talk about is

I was wondering if anyone has experience with or any other advice about these other two. Yeah, they are more expensive but are there advantages?
Auterra Auto Enginuity Since ESP is expiring in less than 3 months, and the woman's Camry is past its warranty, I gotta hop on it, after the Camry CEL came on the week it needed to go in for emissions test.
