No it does not. when I connect it back it is ok
Jack Crow you where mentioning about doing a test on the cap with a light bulb. Well here is another thing also that I just remembered. When i diconnected the cap it came with a small resistor. You connect it to both of the posts and it tends to get hot, Well the last time that I did that it remained pretty cool.
