Okay.. with the 60/40 seats down, headlights on, you will see illumination from the inside of the license plate lights. Perfectly normal, albeit annoying. (Try having 10% tint all around, and seeing it at night... lol.. reflected in your RV mirror like crazy..
You could always cover it, from the inside, or something..
