That is true. Alcohol is legal so nothing is done about drunks. I see the same people arrested for DUI over and over. Public drunk is not considered a serious crime. Then there are the alcoholics who get drunk at home and beat the crap out of their family. Drunks are released right back into society where they cause more problems. Most judges consider alcohol OK but I don't. I think alcohol is a drug.
