Do cops speed? Sure, sometimes they do. I wish HPD would drive a little faster on the freeways to clear up the friggin congestion they cause by going the limit. I speed and have no problem with officers that speed. Geez, do you really expect a police officer to pull over another patrol car? Sucks that it's just a perk for them. By using your logic, I'm furious that I have to go to the mall and pay full price for clothes, food, etc. when the employees get discounts. Get a clue.
