The police tailgated me with their bright lights on while crossing the mountain. It was freezing cold that night. I didn't know it was a cop so I speeded up and left him behind. When I got to the city limit I slowed down and he pulled up beside me and said over the speaker "slow it down a little". Most cops are not the best at judging situations. It is better to try to talk to the judge than to the police.
Funny, I don't fit that profile at all.... I'm near 31 years old, for one. High School was quite a while ago. Sounds to me like you are the recent grad, if that...
I'm a little older than you. Age has nothing to do with wisdom and knowledge. I know 70 year olds who deal drugs. As a matter of fact I know a few old sheriffs who are old enough to retire who deal drugs. When I get stopped by law enforcement I say yes sir and no sir. I never try to talk my way out of a ticket and it seems to irritate the officer sometimes. I believe in laws and human rights. Our society was founded on laws and human rights and without them our society means nothing. Money, drugs, and greed cannot be overlooked when looking at what is motivating people. The world has enough bad people that are willing to break the law for money, drugs, and greed.
I must have got up on the wrong side of the bed today?
