I got rearended on saturday. Was going to IKEA in norristown at the intersection of chemical and ridge, at the yeild sign to get onto ridge, I feel and hear a really loud thump look back and see a ford explorer behind me. I got out of the car to see if they were ok (its a an older man and his wife, very nice people) asked if i could call the police since i wanted a police report...just incase...10 min later the police get there take us up to a parking lot take another prob 25min to write up a report and the guy says he doesn't wanna go through insurance,wants to pay in cash but that all depends on the estimates. Ened up girlfriend's neck is kinda hurting she is going to chiropractor (sp?) tommorrow to see whats up. Can anyone recommend any body shops in or around allentown (other than True 2 form)? oh and heres some pics:      college started this week  Xoom

Yeah but seeing that he just needs opinion, and not a electron micrograph of what his bumper is made of, us poor slobs on 12" laptops have some problems.  I think with some filler and good painting, it can look find again. Tough to tell.

I wish... thats a crack not a scratch  got an estimate at wagner's autobody today after work, ~$750!! I need to go look and find out the actual price for just the bumper...going to true2form tommorrow at 3 well my dad is Xoom

unless you were being humorous...its not just a big scratch thats a crack in my bumper... not fillable, to my standards

I use Scott's Auto Service in Forks Township (Easton) and HIGHLY recommend him. Great job everytime. He's a picky person and makes sure that your car shows it when he's done!
Smitty's Auto Body in Palmer (Freemansburg Ave) is good too. He's right up the street from the "Chickenhawk".
Be careful with True 2 Form (my opinion)!!

When I had the rear bumper replaced on my 98, the complete rear bumper assembly
was $750. This was NEW and unpainted from FORD.

like Luca said take it to Scotts auto service. They personly reapainted my s10 blazer back in the day and man was the job awsome to say the least. everyone always complimented me on the paint job and asked where i had it done at since they never seen anything so shinny and smooth without orange peel and i mean no orange peel what so ever.

I love Scott!! He is the best, IMO! All of my friends/family take their cars there.
I personally don't care for Dwayne (his personality). So, if you get an estimate there ask for Scott to do it.
