that's wierd, i don't know why mine is so low (both are together for a year is around $1100 for me). My friend just bought a new car and esurance quoted him something relatively low. Not as low as mine, but then again a lot of insurance companies take into consideration where you live too. When we moved to our current home 3yrs ago (an upper-middleclass/lower highclass neighborhood) our car insurance rates went down by 33%($1000)!!!
