I've ordered an IAC (From auto parts store, not Ford dealer). Should have it Tuesday 1/27. Oh No! I noticed a 1/4" length of wire with insulation flaked off. It is in a heavy #6 wire in the wiring harness coming out from under the UIM on the passenger side. What a sick feeling. Before I worry about the wiring, I'll try the new IAC first. Thanks for the advice. I still need to spend more time checking for vacuum leaks.
