Mobil 1 0w-40 Fl-820s or the Pure One pl 24651. The 0w part is really helps in the winter and all the short trips this car does. 40 because that's what the europeans 2.5 l are recommending now. It's good insurance. I won't get into drain interval. But last year 0w-40 went from March to Nov. just over 4k with filter change in Oct. followed by 1k plus Thangiving trip, then changed upon return. I did want to try and do an oil anylstal but the cost isn't worth to me. I just used the money to buy more oil/filter and with the Duratec 1/2 extra is added just in case. Besides a change is still good idea with all this short trips.
