Hi,
I built a custom power supply for my indiglows. I didn't like the greenish/blue that the stock one put out. Too see what I mean, check see what yours looks like compared to the High Beam Indicator.

The new power supply runs at 10kHz instead of 1kHz. It's an old-school inefficient design, but it works. If there's enough interest, I could post a schematic. Also, I used Kingbright 10,000 mcd X-Bright LEDs for the guage needles.

I'll have to use a tripod to post some clearer pics.

BTW, check out my headlight switch. It matches everything perfectly.

Ditto I want. My 'blue' setting on my indiglos always seemed to be greenish. My wife called me crazy. Now I know I was right.

now if u could get the indiglos to be red, that would be sweet

For my guages, i messed up my first pair so i had to buy a second set from Dominic on FCO. My second set came with a different power supply (it has a built in fuse and the wires are seperate, unlike the first one i had) and i noticed by comparing them that the second one makes them a deeper blue, a lot like yours.

But ya, i definately need to do something about the needles.

I have some ELGlow indiglow gauges on the way... please tell me how to set them up properly to make them as blue as possible. I love the red needles
